Our property management operations started in 1997 with just one local property that consisted of 40 town-homes. Today, we manage more than 25 properties, consisting of multi-family, single family and commercial properties. As a relatively small company, some favorable and advantageous circumstances to our property owners is our being accessible and resourceful for operating in the most fiscally responsible manner. Property management is our only business. Our interest in your property is not distracted by other business venture activities.
Chief Executive Officer
Camille Anderson has 30 plus years of residential and commercial real estate management experience, culminating in the co-development and/or renovation of multiple-family USDA-Rural Development and LA State Tax Credit affordable housing projects. Camille’s experience includes the acquisition and syndication of numerous residential projects, commercial office facilities, and industrial real estate properties in Shreveport and Monroe LA, Dickinson North Dakota, and Los Angeles California.
Camille Anderson is a graduate of Ashford University, Summa Cum Laude, with a B.A. degree in Organizational Management. Camille Anderson is also a graduate of the University of Phoenix, with an A.A. Degree in General Studies.
Camille Anderson has been with Pine Road LLC., since 2009. She started her career with Pines Road, as a property manager, working closely with the company’s founder and developer, Danny R. Wimberly, and his successor John W. Gladney, assisting them in the leadership role as Vice President and Chief Operations Officer. To date, Camille serves as the President and CEO of Pines Road, LLC and Urban Housing of América, Inc., LA. (a non-profit 501© 3 organization).
Oversees all accounting operations, financial reports, budgets and investments. Ms. Morrison is apart of the managerial team providing Pines Roads client property owners with recommendations for lean, practical and profitable operations.

Sponsoring Broker and President of Tahira & Associates Reality Tahira is a full service Real Estate Broker providing oversite on HUD managed properties under Pines Road, LLC. This position also includes keeping Pines Road, LLC in adherence with all of the LREC’s applicable laws, rules and regulations required of a sponsoring/qualifying broker, including those contained in the Louisiana Real Estate Commission Rules and Regulations.

As the General Manager, Priscilla has the responsibility for overseeing the property management operations. These responsibilities include the coordination of several divisions under property management, maintenance, marketing, and leasing.
